Like Jan, I have had this guy around for weeks.
He usually has a friend with him, but I have not gotten together.I had to take these through the kitchen window with the zoom.
Not the greatest but I will keep trying.

You just keep looking, they are going to stay around. Ours is a mated couple too, but it seems I never have the camera when I spot them together.
The Hawk is not one of my favorite birds. I have a sneaky feeling that he has been dinning in my yard late at night. Something has gotten my sweet little hens and my dove right out of their cages.... Poor babies
WOW your house is really coming along. When do you expect to have it finished? I know a good sheet-rocker if you need one. LOL
He puts his whole heart into the job. I'll post his picture and see if you can recognize him. LOL
yeah, I'm not really too keen on the hawk right now either. I'm trying to catch up on the blogs. Not sure how often I'll be posting...but I'm going to try to make an effort to be more regular. Great progress on the house.
