On the way home from Homer we pasted threw Cooper's Landing.This is a shot of the Huge Lake there. Love the red, green and gold colors.
The foliage was just beautiful and there was a dusting of snow on the mountains. Pretty perfect. There was a steam running parallel with the road, Jamie saw some salmons jumping but we never got a picture.

They said they were singing "The Star Spangle Banner" as they crossed...LOL and the speed limit is 75. Not sure how far they will make it but I am sure she will be calling soon...11:pm est they are in Bozeman, MT..just crossed the Continental Divide, and tomorrowthey are going to the site of "The little Bighorn" and "Custer's Last stand" ..our cowboys are in heaven!!!

Great pics, but it looks so desolate. I sure would not want to live there! So glad Jamie and family are making good progress. Woa! back in the states. As the army used to say "back in the land of the round door knobs".
