Hey ya'll! I am the "old lady" of our blog links. I am 56, live in SC and have been married to the man God made for me for the last 38 years. I have 4 (two by marriage to mine) wonderful children and have 5 beautiful grandbabies. So that is what you will see and read about here. They are all the loves of my life.
That's really great you have real lemons. Do they turn yellow on the tree? My banana tree's get the green bananas & you pick them & they ripen. haven't had any in a few years though.
I have a lemon tree and a lime tree. They both made fruit last year but have not this year. Do they skip a year like pecans do??? Good luck with your harvest!!
I'm wondering the same thing as Cindy. Will they ripen on the tree? I have no idea, but that is one humungous lemon! I'd try picking one and see if it turns yellow! If nothing else, it would be a good blog subject! LOL. I seem to be lacking those lately. I'll try to drag the camera out today and find something to shoot.

It kinda looks like a lime tree!!! I hope they aren't like my stinkin tomatoes that WON'T turn!! Although I think I have one that may ripen!!
Good luck with the tree!!
Looks like a good size lemon. We'll bring the sugar and glasses!

From the look on Mackies face, Nana must have sent her one of those lemons. Good luck with it turning yellow, everybody wants to see it!
