Details..Details...Details

We have been working on plans for a small cabin (it's up 1350 sq. feet now) to put on our property in Georgia.
There are so many things to consider.
This table is full of some of the paper work we have collected to date.
This plan, that plan..face it this way, face it that way.
Get power ran 2000 feet to where we want to put the house, drill a well, septic tank, can we do this? can we do that?
This is one of the "how we want it to look" pictures we've found. I am so glad Mr. Cook, our architect, is a kind and gentle soul.
Burke County has so far been a lot easier to deal with than Beaufort (sorry Judy).
We haven't even started on the interior.

One thing about this house is I want so much to use it for weekend retreats for small group studies..so y'all be praying with me that God will be glorified and honored through it's use.

Oh the details!!!!

Now that is a pile of details, hopefully it won't turn into a headache! I doubt it with Wayne telling you what to do, since we all know it the wife who gets things organized!

Great job! The cabin will be great. I love the "how we want it to look" photo! But I know what a pain building a house can be....at least in Beaufort county (no apologies from me, Judy!! LOL). It's a pain in the backside to say the very least!

Girl you have alot of details there. Anywhere has to be easier to build something than Beaufort County. EXPERIENCE speaking here.
Love the house design. Good luck with all you are doing.
