Weeds?

Crimson Clover

Ladina Clover w/ bee
Did not use the closeup feature

These Purple Weeds are all over the hay field.
I shot these with the big lens, tyring out the closeup capabilities.
I really like this one. When you enlarge it you can see a spider web on the petal. Cool!
(Hey, Ame part of the "project" is to improve our skills with our camera right? Is there a web page you can tell me about to learn more about the cannon?)

Great job with the big lens. Hmm...a website...you can try www.twopeasinabucket.com and check out the general photography message board for information. Another is www.ilovephotography.com but it's really a child photographer site, and there are alot of pros there. If you go there, check out there JSO section (Just Starting Out). I read there...but rarely post. It's intimadating because there are some awesome photographers there.

So....does Spunk and Pancake, I mean Biscuit, get to munch on that tasty clover? It is such a tease for them. They have to stare at it all day. When I saw the second picture I automatically think bees. Believe it or not, that clover takes over our yards up here. I have used so much weed killer on that stuff. You know, Em can't possibly be on the same street as a BUG, much less a bee. hehe Poet and didn't know it tonight!!! I like that purple flower!!! I will have to show Jake the spiders web!
